jen wong: "the biggest trove of human intelligence"

Jen Wong, Reddit's COO, on the AdExchanger Talks podcast, 30 June 2026.

The line: Reddit as "the biggest trove of human intelligence".

Paraphrase of the rest: humans posting is what generates the corpus, so the operating problem is keeping junk from crowding it out. The value of the pile depends on it staying human.

Why it is here: two things. First, the phrase "human intelligence" used by the company's COO, in the plain sense this site uses it. Second, the explicit link between the value of the corpus and the effort to keep it human, which is the whole of r/keepreddithuman.

About Reddit Inc. and Reddit the stock (NYSE: RDDT). $HI is a token on the HI/RDDT pair, not Reddit stock, and Wong has nothing to do with it.

What it proves: the phrase is in use at the executive level, and so is the C term: junk has to be kept out or the trove degrades.

This is about the stock, the token is unrelated, correct?

Correct. An executive on an ad-industry podcast, about the company. $HI is a token on the HI/RDDT pair, not Reddit stock.
